This massive three-sided tent pitched on the grounds at Pacific Echo is where the Saturday Tasting of Anderson Valley Pinot Noirs (over 40) was held. About one hour into the tasting, a buffet was served, consisting of green salad, pasta salad, garlic bread, tender delicious lamb and some of the freshest, most wonderful grilled salmon I've ever had! Great wines, perfect fare.
