Peter Vallis grew up around maternal grandfather Angelo Papagni's winery and paternal grandmother Marie Vallis' restaurant, so his knowledge of fine wine and cuisine is genetic. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Peter now works as Senior Field Viticulture Consultant for Selma Fruit Company. FAVORITE WINE: to be determined
