began
working as a prep cook in restaurants in the Lake Tahoe area
in 1969. In 1973, Jon began working as chef at the Bear Club
in Reedley, CA. In 1985, Jon became Owner and Executive Chef
and appropriately changed the name to Jon's
Bear Club.
Although active in several associations and community
service organizations, he remains dedicated to our
cause.
